So one of my new years resolutions is to eat healthier.
I have found that during the work week, it’s easy for me to eat “clean”; however, the weekends, notsomuch. (an example is I am sitting at my laptop right now with a bag of Fritos Flavor Twists………sigh).
So this year, I am going to slowly wean myself from all that is unhealthy to consistently maintain my healthy eating habits……….(I know my clothes will thank me later).
To start this off right, I found a few delicious recipes to try.
Note: This morning I made the pumpkin baked oatmeal which was delicious….(I substituted the pumpkin for sweet potatoes).
